Dr. Rick Jensen
Rick Jensen, Ph.D., is the founder of Dr. Rick Jensen's Performance Center and a nationally recognized performance consultant and sport psychologist. Dr. Jensen is the author of Drive to the Top: 5 Timeless Business Lessons Learned from Golf's Greatest Champions and Easier Said Than Done: The Undeniable, Tour-Tested Truths You Must Know (and Apply) to Finally Play to Your Potential on the Golf Course. In golf, his clients include more than 50 touring pros on the PGA, LPGA and Champions Tours. Dr. Jensenís clients have won a total of more than $65 million in career earnings and 199 tour victories. Fourteen of his clients have won at least one major championship and have combined to win a total of 33 majors.
As Player Development Consultant to the WTA Tour, Dr. Jensen trains tennis champions including winners of all four Grand Slam championships. Additionally, he has worked with champions from the worlds of Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League.
Dr. Jensen has served as a performance consultant to the PGA of America, the Womenís Tennis Association, the Canadian PGA and the United States Olympic Training Center. In the world of business, he consults with winners such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, UBS, Wells Fargo, Jackson, Grubb and Ellis, Colliers International, ADP, Hewlett Packard, American Express and NIKE Corporation.
Dr. Jensen served as a staff psychologist at the University of Florida where he received his Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in Sport Psychology and Exercise Science. He has been featured on ABC, ESPN, CNN, and the Golf Channel, and is also a contributing writer for the Majors of Golf Magazine, Golf Digest and GOLF Magazine.

Ami Tully is co-founder of Maximum Impact Partners along with marketing expert, John Lotka. The firm's work is based on the belief that the financial services industry has a need for access to the right resources for the distribution and marketing of their products. Maximum Impact Partners provides that access. Impact Teams are comprised of highly experienced independent consultants assigned to work on marketing and sales related projects to meet the specific needs of money managers, mutual fund companies, banks and insurance companies.
Tully started in the financial services industry in 1982 on the inbound sales desk and went on to serve as National Director of the Independent Dealer Division for Nuveen Investments. Tully was also the National Sales Manager for Fidelity's Plymouth Funds, now the Fidelity Advisor Funds.
Since starting her own firm, Tully has worked with over 90 financial services firms, conducting sales and management training as well as speaker coaching. She has helped shape distribution initiatives for leading financial services organizations in Korea, Japan and Singapore as well as in the U.S.
Clients include AXA Life Insurance Company, AIG SunAmerica, John Hancock Financial Services, Dreyfus, MFS Distributors, and Deutsche Bank Asset Management. Tully works primarily with wholesalers, key account managers and sales managers, but also speaks regularly to and with advisors at national conferences and regional meetings on topics ranging from target marketing to the use of technology to improve sales results. Her strong belief in human potential for success sets the tone and drives enduring client relationships at Maximum Impact Partners.
Tully received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Indiana University. She is a Certified Financial Planner and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. She serves as a mentor to business executives in the Menttium 100 program. She is an avid community volunteer in Scottsdale, AZ where she lives with her husband and three children.

Jim Gerber is Founder and President of The Teaching Company, a high-end corporate training and events company utilizing the top instructors in golf as well as the top performance experts to deliver outstanding programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Gerber has been the Executive Director at the Hawthorns G. & C.C. since 2002. Along with his team of professionals, Gerber brings a tremendous amount of expertise to running a first-class golf operation. During his tenure at The Hawthorns he was voted 2004 Indiana PGA Teacher of the Year, voted to the Board of Directors of the Indiana PGA, as well as being named the section's Education Chairman.
Prior to coming to the Hawthorns, Gerber was Head Professional at The Maidstone Club in East Hampton, NY, which is ranked among the Top 50 golf courses in the world. Gerber spent three years heading up the restoration of Bobby Jones home course at the East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure at these two clubs he was named one of GOLF Magazine's Top 100 Teachers in America as well as earning Golf Shop Operations Top 100 Golf Shops in America award four times.
